eBay Conman - VoomanI bought a pair of computer RAM from VOOMAN. Seller claimed sent the item but I did not received it. Seller has no prove of insurance of confirmation but just verbal. Then seller agree to sent second shipment. Smell something wrong this time so I video the whole process before opening the package. True enough, seller sent me a pack of expired popcorn! This seller is a CONMAN! Paypal is dealing with this case now . Beware of Ebay selling techniques!
