It is the only interactive Army Museum in the U.S. and engages visitors in the unique experiences of the Infantry Soldier with features such as a museum collection, valued at over $30 million, featuring an actual Field Marshal baton awarded to a soldier in World War II; a 300-seat IMAX Theater; a 40-seat Army Adventure simulator attraction; educational exhibits and the “Fort Benning Gallery,” which includes the history of the post, its schools, training and transformation and a small arms firing range simulator.
