Robbi Robb working on a song about the High Priestess telling Lila, the girl, that life is like a song. This song plays an important part in the concept album called LOVE.
Robbi first sings the song then writes down what he sung. This technique he calls "dream-speak" Every now again he must pause and discuss with his subconscious what the story is. Then once the two agree he dives in again.
The High Priestess explains to Lila that life is like a song. Lila's ability to integrate this wisdom will begin to build her a 'light body' by which she will be able to cross from one 'parallel universe' to another.
Bones and lyres are instruments used by the Vikings of old. A home made "bone tambourine" provides an awesome down beat. This Lyre-like guitar arrangement is done with looping echoes, which robbi does with a line 6 delay.
Starting with a rough guitar part Robbi draws out the lyrics in what he calls a "Gaelic magical realism" style. This song describes the girl of his mythical tale as she prepares for her mystical initiation.
The river we found was mostly white water and roared loudly; in the end we found what we came for: a small stream with lush vegetation and a tree beside it - just what we wanted!
