I started with Healthy Rhino in June 2010, doing personal training and nutrition with Ryan. In the fall I started attending the UnBootCamp classes to get more time in at the studio. So far I am down 83 lbs and feel amazing! I am physically able to do so much more than I could before and it is the best feeling. I have gone further than I ever thought I would be able to and now that I know what I am capable of I am going to keep going. The people that I have worked with at Healthy Rhino are all amazing and supportive; they become your friends and a part of your family. They teach you that you can live your life and be healthy at the same time; it is a realistic lifestyle change. I never thought I would enjoy working out but the program at Healthy Rhino is not repetitive or dull…they keep it fun and exciting. Even my son (at age two) started doing parts of the workouts with me at home and occasionally at the studio; he thinks it is pretty cool too. This is something anyone at any age or fitness level can do.
