The buddy carry is one of those big bang exercises. It develops full body strength & dramatically improves your conditioning. It is a staple in my stairs camp in Brooklyn, NY!
Here I'm messing around with a balance board. Is it necessary to add this to your program. Absolutely not and I recommend most trainees not even bother. But it is fun!
