The Soft Opening for the Vietnamese-American Chamber of Commerce was a friends and family event to celebrate the launching of a new presence in Houston. For several months now, the VACC Board of Directors has been working passionately and wholeheartedly towards the creation of a new chamber that promotes economic stability and prosperity for the Vietnamese-American community. In attendance was running candidate for Mayor, Jack O' Connor, VAN-TV news anchor Michael Hoa, as well as guests from the non-profit organization BPSOS and members from the Houston Delegation for 500 Leaders in 5 Years Initiative.
