Strata Council Omits Free Camera Offer in Minutes Reported to Owners In September 2012, the Westwater Views Strata Council refused free cameras offered to them. Furthermore, the Council even attempted to order the removal of a camera that was covering what several residents considered the 'Gaza Strip' --- a firelance that is pitch-black at night and apparently a favoured-route for trespassers. Worse, the Council omitted the "free camera offer" in its Report to strata condo owners.
