A public lecture and dialogue with Prescott College President Dr. Dan Garvey
How many of us feel overwhelmed and powerless when faced with the current world situation? How can we respond creatively and begin to change the course of future events? Dr. Garvey will offer insights and lead a dialogue on the opportunities open to citizens and leaders to imagine and create the future we would like to live in, both in our personal lives and for the public good.
Support Abroad for Maasai Education is a program organized to help support education in Maasailand. The SAME program collaborates with a Maasai non-profit organization, the Maasai Environmental Resource Coalition (MERC), to promote education for Maasai children. The SAME program’s main initiative is to spread awareness and fundraise for donations with an intent of minimizing the monetary obstacles that restrict many Maasai children from receiving an education.
