Two Flying Saucers

A spinning object. Made in blender.

Halo sprites mapped to billboard particles, emitted from object following a path curve.

The Avatar is visible just after the ship flies past, and was inserted by applying it to a texture mapped to an empty, which was in turn parent to the main mesh. Not really sure about the downward jets.

I made this from a tutorial from BlenderNation, with some help from my dad.
