The Downsville High School sophomore class (in Downsville, Louisiana) produced this video in October 2007 as a service-learning project. They learned how to make a short documentary, while sharing with the community what they'd like to see built in our local park.

The Downsville High School sophomore class (in Downsville, Louisiana) produced this video in October 2007 as a service-learning project. They learned about how to make a short documentary, while providing a service to the school by encouraging people to vote for a school-tax renewal bill. The project made it to the front page of The News-Star, the largest newspaper in Northern Louisiana.
