Food bank delivering food to my parents while my dad is at a follow up post-eye surgery procedure from the day before.

Second eye appointment prior to surgery two days later, 8/10/22. I stayed home to collect the Meals on Wheels delivery.

Garbled email message I received that was not legible

The vaccines had been out for nearly half a year, so I gave a speech to one of the organizations helping to vaccinate Americans around the U.S., with the endorsement of Kiwanis.

Continuation of helping as a caregiver(https://www.veoh.com/watch/v142151749NwM5QqXW). Meals on Wheels arrived the same time the ambulance cab dropped my dad with my mom from the appointment.

This was on Monday, October 18th. My dad had a doctor's appointment. Someone had to stay at home for the Meals on Wheels delivery, but I helped mom before I stayed home.

Recent train trip from one end of the state to the other end of the state to check my mail. The nail wasn't being forwarded like I requested.
