I wanted to show you the ugly black lines under my eyes and explain more about them. You'll again get to see how full of energy I am and I'll talk you through a typical 24-hour day explaining what I'm accomplishing.

Just to show everybody how energetic I am after starting my uberman sleep program last Sunday. I'm living with 6 X 20 minute naps every day (2 hours total) and can't believe how amazing I feel and how easy it's been to adapt.

This is a very positive update. As you'll see I'm full of beans (both figuratively and literally due to my new diet) and my head seems clearer than it's ever been. Today's update discusses some observations I've made in the last 24 hours.

By now I've been awake for 2 full days and 2 full nights, taking only 20 minute naps every 4 hours. I've had a bit of fatigue, as expected, but again I'm feeling quite fresh and motivated.
