How to Make Chicken Salad by chef Dog
Ingredients:
2 cups chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped apple (medium size)
1/2 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
either chopped onion to taste or
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients together very well
Regrigerate for at least 1 hour if you
can wait that long. I have to taste test
immediately and sometimes get carried away.
It's great as a sandwich spread, on crackers
or as a chip dip.
