Delgado and Morales were since 2014 completely non violent individuals whom , HOWEVER, CHICAGO POLICE CONTINUED TO INVOLVE IN CRIME. With younger Morales becoming a real roommate of Delgado due to my not liking, one is one complained to me after it was obvious to him I didn't mind him around. Police, however, wouldn't let go either of the two and two had to comply with CHICAGO POLICE CRIME. Morales did have a family in Chicago(USA) and noboy understood why he went in wrong direction, however, his family no longer wanted one back after committing crime in 2013. Morales has at least two brothers, father, mom. His family was more violent than he was. It appeared Morales was the youngest one of the three brothers in the family. Its possibly there also was sister on picture.
