This is a weird joke character that has one 8-bit sprite of Murasa Minamitsu riding on a motor scooter, and it spawns a bunch of random pictures in some of its attacks. I found it somewhere on a Muvluv Alternative Game Server. Here, I try several times to defeat it using Klarissa Moonflower. Even for a joke char, this Captain Murasa is broken and almost impossible to fight if you're not playing as a char with a ground-level projectile which Klarissa doesn't have. It moves way too fast, and the damage it inflicts is ridiculously high. It also summons a Byakuren Hijiri striker that bounces across the screen, and it's difficult to avoid and hits repeatedly. It also uses voice samples that Captain Commando uses. I have to admit, it's one of the funniest joke chars I've seen yet.
