Tiesto live @ the Metropolis in Cleveland, OH on June 17th, 2008. It blows my mind that we were able to see Tiesto in a venue this small. It was the 2nd show in less than a year in Cleveland. It was truly AMAZING!

As the sprawl of urban metropolis continues to expand into the depths of the suburbs and beyond, the length people must travel to and from work continues to expand as well. Everyday, millions of people spend countless hours on roads and freeways, caught in the ever-increasing congestion.

Metropolis (メトロポリス, Metoroporisu) is an anime movie released in Japan in 2001 and based on the Metropolis manga created by the late Osamu Tezuka. The movie had an all star production team including renowned anime director Rintaro, Akira creator Katsuhiro Otomo as script writer, and animation by Madhouse Studios with conceptual support from Tezuka Productions. - DK -

Released at the end of January in France, screened in many festivals such as Seattle in the USA or Thessaloniki in Greece, "The Aerial" is a poetic indictement of television and a tribute to Fritz Lang’s "Metropolis", to silent films and to German expressionnism. Directed by Esteban Sapir, a young Argentinian director, who has worked for advertising, the film was presented in Paris by journalist Jean-Philippe Desbordes, author of a book dealing with the disastrous influence of TV on children: "Mon enfant n'est pas un coeur de cible" (literaly "My Child is Not a Core Target").

GTA 4 2nd Trailer Shows of a little glimpse into Niko's life. As well as some nice shootouts and explosions. We see a lot more of Niko's personality and what drives him - as well as some awesome gameplay footage that totally blew yours truly away. The city looks real and lifelike and delivers on the promise of having the feel of an actual sprawling metropolis.The character animations and voice acting are superb.

After mutliple "incidents" involving massive property damage to Metropolis and New York city, the JLA and the JSA agree that Power Girl should take a little vacation from crime fighting to collect herself and to allow her out of control powers to settle. And after a phone call with her cousin, Clark Kent aka Superman, during this "time off", he suggests Power Girl get a day job to help fit in. Easier said than done.
