The music rhythm-based video game series Guitar Hero is unveiling its latest edition, Guitar Hero: Aerosmith, featuring songs from the legendary rock’n’roll band. Ever dreamed of rock stardom? For the first time in 20 years, Hard Rock delivered Darryl McDaniels (D.M.C. of Run D.M.C.) on stage with Aerosmith to perform their hit song “Walk This Way.” The song, which was released as a duet more than 20 years ago, was the first time rock and rap intertwined and reshaped music history forever! The appearance was part of the Hard Rock’s International branded two day festival, Hyde Park Calling. the first stop of Hard Rock’s second annual Ambassadors of Rock Tour, a global concert series featuring top artists and bands, benefiting charities worldwide. Performers at this year’s event include: Aerosmith, Chris Cornell, Peter Gabriel and Crowded House. The event is Aerosmith’s first European tour in 8 years!
