"A Documentary" tells the story of fulfillment through life, death and stand-up comedy. “A Documentary” features a series of stand-up comics in various stages of their dream’s pursuit. From the professional comic, Jimmy Shubert (Go, Coyote Ugly, One Hour Photo) who reflects on being a national headliner to the seasoned veteran, Hope Colt, who offers the wisdom of ‘just doing what you love.’ Intertwined in the story, May follows a person to their death and the reflections and emotions facing your mortality. These two seemingly unrelated stories come together at the end to tie the ultimate message that life is too short so fulfill your dreams.

How I shoot glossy artwork for artists. My studio in Chicago is located in a building dedicated for artists. I photograph artwork for local artists that need to doccument their work. I shoot digitally and offer the high resolution images on CD-ROM. They are color-corrected and free from reflections from a flash. They do show detail of brush strokes though. This piece was made during oct 2003 at the Watershed, Bristol. blurbstuff: This is a self-generative bit of music basically. I wrote a program, sampled everyone in the room, people blowing into the microphone, stuff like that, and then what it did was it played eight copies of that, and then it pitch-shifted them, so it played them at different rates. You can choose which bits to loop and which bits not to loop and constantly build up an ever-changing structure, but you're not exactly in charge wholly of the structure; the song basically makes itself up due to the software that we used. So that's basically how it was made. I went off in town and took loads of pictures of geometric shapes, reflections and bricks and stuff like that, basically with the idea of putting the two together. http://www.jungulator.com

A custom elevator made using Dromed 1.18. (Throu The Looking Glass Studios editor for making Thief 2 3d levels). Including texturing with fake metallic reflections, open/close buttons, slide doors, lightleds and level indicators. Thief 2 is based on a steampunk enviroment so this build would fit badly, but was made as a demonstration.

Rock / Alternative / Acoustic A four-piece rock band from North Hollywood, CA with huge plans for the future. A DARK DECEMBER has been spinning quite a few heads. With a sound so unique and melodic it puts them in a different category of their own. Forming only in early March of 2003, A DARK DECEMBER has come a long way and pushed them selves very hard only to mature into "SOMETHING MORE". Road Node 101::Reflections Watch the video While this video is a reflection upon Road Node 101 taken the last day officially on the tour, that doesn't mean there aren't a bunch of vids in process. Just wanted to post this wrap-up piece for its immediacy. What a trip it was! The network is strong. Stronger than imagined. And replete with mutual support. The urgency we feel to get the word out sooner is palpable and real. The need to teach folks to create media, important. When you create it, you begin to understand its complex power. Perhaps that's why I stopped consuming popular media for ten years just as I began to work in the film industry. In the end, I remain hugely optimistic about human nature and filled with hope for the future, for WE ARE THE MEDIA, and media is powerful when used as a tool.
