By avoiding memory triggers, trauma survivors that need help the most are often the least likely to seek it. This is the major reason we created a series of practical self-help videos, which should be used in the same order as they are numbered.
Video 1 intends to help people develop an emotional anchor that is unassociated with their trauma. This relaxed state results from deep extended exhalations, and is associated with several unfamiliar sights, sounds, arm movements, humming and tapping gestures. By engagin multi-sensory anchor, people can relax themselve before attempting to dissolve their traumas.
