His motivation to help start-up, emerging, and medium-sized companies increase their cash flow and profitability the same way he had helped his previous employer. The business model was relatively simple, but resonated with the target market take a senior-level executive, which was himself, and divide his time up between several companies at the same time. He could earn an executive wage while delivering his services in an affordable and high-impact manner to companies that would normally lack the budget to hire him full-time. In less than a year, the company had grown far beyond Kens initial intentions.
