This workout is full body with an emphasis on lower body. No equipment needed or much space. I try and always give a low impact version for those not able to jump. My mother tried it so yours can too!
Since gyms/activities have been closed I've gotten in the habit of doing a sweat session like this one every morning. Usually I just make it up as I go along but this time I thought I'd write one down and film it! Hopefully, someone else finds it useful.
