Oh silly Specter, have you been eating too much chips a few episodes ago? If you guys are wondering about why Specter kidnapped Hakase, because Specter wants the blueprints for Hakase's teleportation machine. Specter and his gang of monkeys celebrate their victory of getting the plans, but Specter isn't....because his pants are ripped. Hakase took out something from the teleportation machine built for Specter, so it won't work.
