Renowned food artist Michelle Wibowo has worked her magic to create a giant, edible optical illusion - taking inspiration from the famous Pintos painting by Californian artist Bev Dolittle which presents the question how many horses can you see? The new interpretation has been 'painted' to mark the official UK launch of Californian wine Dark Horse, a premium wine offering exceptional quality. It has been made using ingredients from the tasting notes of the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon variants, including three kg of dark chocolate, three kg of caramel, seven kg of dried apple, two kg of spice and four kg coffee beans. The edible spectacle measures an impressive 8ft x 6ft and weighs almost 20 kg. Taking 60 hours to create, it involved painstaking planning, preparation and construction by Michelle in order to reimagine the tricky optical illusions that can be found in the original artwork. She pencilled the entire image by hand first before filling it in with the wine tasting notes, to ensure the optical illusion has observers transfixed and debating whether there are three, four or five horses in the picture.

Hole eight had a couple wooptedoos and a unique backward facing hole. Hole nine was fun, with the cup on a hill. I Also found out they will be building a six foot tall by eight foot long rock cave you will putt threw someday, with a five foot plus tall Pterodactyl standing on top. Can't wait to come back and see that. At the caverns here they also had other fun stuff to do. One thing was they took us down 220 feet straight down in a elevator into the Biggest dry cavern in the United States and third Biggest in the world on a tour. There was free Frisbee golf. They also had horse and wagon rides. Bring your family some day and check it out for yourself. The miniature golf course was challenging and really fun. Great place to bring the family on a trip. We will be back someday. This is located on Route 66 at mile marker 115 between Kingman and Seligman in Arizona. At the Grand Canyon Caverns and Inn.
