In 2018, the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) was on a tour in Europe. The project was initiated and implemented by the European Foundation for Support of Culture. EUFSC is founded by Konstantin Ishkhanov, an Armenian entrepreneur & philanthropist.
