A father is in jail after police say he left his two-year-old son inside a car while seeing The Dark Knight inside a theater.
Police say David James Farnham went to the Saturday 11:30 p.m. showing of The Dark Knight at the Century Theaters on 3900 South State Street, leaving his son inside a car in the theater parking lot. The child was inside the car for more than two hours until a witness reported hearing the child crying inside the vehicle.
