The Autobots are decimated by the Decepticon invasion, but still must rally to prevent the AllSpark from falling into their clutches.

Prime begins to doubt his leadership abilities as the Decepticons mobilize for a big invasion of Earth.

The Autobots clash with Decepticons Lugnut and Blitzwing, who come to Earth searching for their missing leader, Megatron.

The years is 2005 and the Decepticons have retaken Cybertron from the Autobots, their battle continues as Megatron launches an attack on Autobot City. Optimus Prime and his troops arrive just in time as reinforcements and the two great leaders battle each other in a fight for life or death but far away lurking closer to Cybertron is an even greater menace...Unicron...

Megatron is determined to halt the completion of Metroplex, the Autobots' new transforming city. To do the deed, he throws every combiner team the Decepticons have at them. The Autobots counter with their own combiners and things get ugly. (Note, this is from the Japanese dub and acts as an intermediate.)

Swindle sells his shattered team members' parts for profit... until Megatron finds out!

After defeating the Stunticons, five of the Autobots pose as the crazed combiners to learn of Megatron's latest plan.

After his latest attempt to overthrow Megatron's rule of the Decepticons, Starscream is banished from HQ, but this time, he hatches a plan...

After finding a new weapon, Megatron becomes infected with a strange disease... one he intends to use against the Autobots.

Trapped in Cybertron's past, the Aerialbots learn the truth about Megatron and the rise of Optimus Prime.

After being beaten by the Autobots once again, Megatron hatches a plan to create a team of Decepticons that will give him supremacy over the roads.

A newly-orphaned debutante must protect her late father's work from Megatron. She finds Powerglide, and with him, safety... or perhaps... something more?

Astrotrain and Blitzwing depose Megatron and Starscream, then proceed to wreak havoc.

Having had the Autobots exiled from Earth, Megatron reveals the Decepticons' true intentions.

In the war with the Autobots, the Decepticons change tactics, turning the humans against the Autobots.

Perceptor, Brawn, and Bumblebee must shrink themselves to go inside Megatron and retrieve an artifact, the Heart of Cybertron, that is giving him enormous power.

Megatron creates a clone of Optimus Prime to lure the Autobots to their doom.

Megatron's latest scheme involves using the most powerful computer on Earth to control machinery remotely.

The Decepticons ally with the undersea realm of Sub-Atlantica. But they may be more treacherous than Megatron expected.

Megatron challenges Optimus to a one-on-one battle to end the war.

Megatron brings Cybertron into Earth's orbit to harvest the energy from the destruction caused by Cybertron's gravity.

While siphoning the Earth of its energy, Megatron discovers a long-lost colleague of Starscream.
