This special tells the exciting GXP mission of Detective Mihoshi in pursuit of a mysterious space pirate Ryoko who kidnapped Officer Tenchi and stole a countless batch of ultra energy matter for a mad genius; Doctor Washu.

Washu's plan of manufacturing a mecha-being copy of herself goes awry when Mihoshi's hair sample has transferred into the robot's mind, causing havoc around the Masaki household.

Having assigned as resident officers based on planet earth, Mihoshi and Kiyone work their backs on part-time jobs in order to pay the rent of their apartment.

GXP Detective Kiyone, in search of her ditzy partner Mihoshi, found herself sharing lunch with the Masaki family before launching her line of duty on Ryoko, only to end up in disaster before Ryoko was even caught.

Following the trail of Mihoshi's distress signal, Princess Ayeka of Planet Jurai ends up meeting with her estranged rival Ryoko before a confrontation of grudges takes place in outer space.

Now that the gangs' all here, Kiyone and Mihoshi get their own place, and that means holding jobs.....

So, Ryoko Ayeka, Sasami and Mihoshi are living with Tenchi. What next? .......

Kiyone makes her Magical Project debut as a teacher how is feed up with Mihoshi. At recess, Kiyone's class claims they had reserved the dodge ball court before Mihoshi's class. It becomes a dogde ball war between Mihoshi's class and Kiyone's. But Pixy Misa has other plans.
