Meet Maxine. I’ve know her almost as long as I’ve known Brittany. The three of us were quite the crew back in high school and then Maxine and I went to SC together. Maxine is – and always will be – the life of the party. She’s my most fun friend. Lately she’s been saying she wants to be an actress… but Maxine has always been way more of a talker than a doer. Except when it comes to booze and boys – then she’s all “do” and very little “talk” – have I mentioned how much I love her?

Meet Brittany. We’ve been friends since first grade. She moved to NYC after going to college back east and had been happily living and working out there until early this summer when her mom got sick and she had to move back home. She’s super fun in a totally mature, intellectual kind of way, but, understandably, she’s had a rough couple of months. I never thought she’d make it back to the west coast, so even though I’m not happy about why she’s here I’m totally thrilled to have her back in Los Angeles…

Meet Bryce. I met him back in junior high when I had braces and pimples and my boobs hadn’t showed up yet. Luckily he didn’t hold the most awkward of all awkward phases against me. He’s a good guy… a little lost… but that happens to the best of us…

Meet Scott… he gets cuter every time I see him. Too bad we turned out to be THE MOST incompatible. We dated for about six months a little while back. It was good for a while, then it wasn’t, and then it ended… but don’t worry, we’re still “friends” – lately he’s made it pretty clear he wishes we were still together… but… well… it’s complicated. Isn’t it always? Ha.

Meet Hannah. I’ve known for about three months now. She works for some production house down the street from my set-up. She gets the same unnecessarily complicated coffee drink for her boss everyday… same bat time, same bat channel. She likes to chat… but fortunately – I like to listen.

Twee, cute as the cutest button in the cute button drawer and impossible to resist when pouting, Holly is a pretty laid-back chick, considering. Considering what? Well, look at her. She could be downright impossible if she wanted to be.
