this is pretty challenging..
as you do it be sure to keep your back flat and stomach in tight..especially from the belly button down..that will help with stablity.
make sure you breath deeply..all the way into your lower back and stomach.
keep the shoulders down and away from the ears by pulling the shoulder blades down towards the middle of your back.
make sure you repeat it for the other side...the vidoe only shows one side...
