Weird, an Retro video clip from the 1980's. This is a training video that was made by Wendy's to show people how to cook hamburgers. It is a funny rap video.

It is a big compilation of martial artists practicing fight choreography. We have probably seem some of these guys as extras in movie fight scenes.

Very cool parkour video. For those of you who don't know what it is, parkour is where people go running, jumping and flipping through town. It is also called free running and freestyle running.

Another nice parkour or free style running video of people running, flipping and jumping their way through the city streets.

Whether you call it parkour, free running or freestyle running the guys in this video do an awesome job of it. Parkour Rocks.
