3rd Forces Get Together Neuroscience of Leadership with Deepak SawhneyReliance Global Corporate Security – 3rd Forces Get Together conducted a session where Mr. Deepak Sawhney, a renowned Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Member(ICF) USA, facilitator and trainer, presented his views on Psychology and Neuroscience of Leadership. The effect of cognitive sciences on our behavior as an individual as well as leaders was the main focus of his speech. The famous orator and coach explained that if one tries and understand the brain's working mechanism, he can successfully increase the working capability making it easy to perform various tasks effectively. His whole speech was deeply rooted in Neuroscience and Psychology. He said that by putting a little effort in learning the functioning of the brain it can become easy to enhance the output and performance of an individual as a person and as a leader as well as of the team as a whole. The underlying principle of Mr. Deepak's sharing was that everyone has a unique neural map giving every person a different personality based on his ability to translate an issue. By understanding this unique ability, one can easily help one perform his tasks well. During the convention excellent tips with practical significance were shared to help increase the level of team's and individual output and performance. Everyone present there benefitted from Mr. Deepak's sharing as each and every individual had his own takeaways. They got to understand the methods of harnessing the power of the brain and the brain's working mechanism.
