Roberto Torres Memorial ServiceRoberto Cesar Torres Sr. went to be with the Lord on March 8th, 2009 in Phoenix, AZ. He was born on January 24th, 1935 in Managua, Nicaragua. He joined the Air Force in 1957 and faithfully served his country. In his travels as an Air Force man, he became fluent in many different languages. In 1981, Roberto gave his heart to Jesus Christ. His conversion has made an impact on many people especially his wayward son who would later become a family man, preacher and businessman. All that knew him would admit that he was a great man of God. He loved to study the Bible and preached to anyone who would listen. He left a wealth of transcripts with instructions for future publishing. He leaves behind his caring and loving wife, Hilda Rocha Torres and his children, Lucy, Bobby Jr., Charlotte and 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by his family. His family wishes to thank all of those who have reached out during this difficult time.
