We donate thousands of candy and kid coin plastic eggs to local churches, clubs and recreation centers. We send our mascot, "Andy the Armadillo" to Dallastown Recreation's Egg Hunt every year.
Every year our market has a softball tournament between the different Texas Roadhouse staff members. Each team is required to have at least one management level team member and 4 female team members. This year York PA won!
Periodically we hold contests to keep our staff motivated. The kitchen staff earned tokens that were turned in for poker chips which they used to play Texas HoldEm. Prizes were given for different placing.
