Two friends see each other after being apart for some time... One has become a bit more annoying than the other.

In this installment, Tex and Crackerjack go head to head during their own custom Olympics. They must channel their years of competitive partnership and complete the games in order to obtain Flounder’s location. Flounder has spent his years on hiatus researching the development of a new fuel form- Bio-Flounder. It has the potential to skew the economy. Tex and Crackerjack, of course, succeed in preventing his efforts.

In this episode, Tex is called from his duties as a Wall Street banker back to the life of an un-commissioned private detective for the good of the community. The reunion with Crackerjack is bittersweet, as Crackerjack has pursued his dream of life guarding an outdoor pool off-season. Flounder has made himself known, yet again, after years of hiding. Crackerjack's serendipitous knowledge of encryption methods saves the day and Flounder's plan of poisoning the pool fails.
