JAMES DAY .JAMES FIRST album (BETTER DAYS) was such a great gem, and one of best releases to be put out on the EXPANSION RECORDS label .After the release of BETTER DAYS I was slightly worried that he may not be able to reach the dizzy heights of that album yet gladly he has proved me wrong with this brilliant set. Every song is an A plus, my favourite killer song has to be SPEAK LOVE a great hook, positive lyrics and great vocals by MIKELYN RODERICK it has such a great vibe that I’m left constantly replaying it.

Trizonna McClendon HAD A WONDERFUL ALBUM OUT IN 2006 entitled Overtones & Innuendos WELL WORTH BUYING this is the latest from the upcoming new album if you have not heard this then you better its simply wonderful Trizonna. The last album showed that good soul music is here and on the rise not only is it on the rise but its taking on a new role in the music industry like an underground movement bringing those who have always loved the sound together. GREAT SONG Chester Gregory is name I had not heard of yet form the sounds of this album I will be hearing a lot more of one listen and you will feel captivated mainly by his vocal delivery. This man has been a hit on stage and has quickly developed his craft from there. Listen to the rework of the song I ONLY HAVE EYES FOR YOU which smacks of the stage background yet is give a brand new flava of Chester’s vocals and a catchy soulful groove. The the killer track SEARCH IN this is a stomper of a song with what’s seems lacking in many R&B songs today a thumping bass line.
