The Journalism Club has released another article about the School's President that of course angered her. To counter it she proposes a novel on how wonderful the Student Council is and Sugisaki is to author it. But he has his work cut out when each of them gives him their own version of the script he is to write.

Everyone in the Student Council have top ranking grades in the school but Sakurano even being the council's president seems to have trouble with her studies and asks for help. Everyone tries to help her in their own unique ways but she still doesn't seem to get it.

Story revolves around a Hekiou Academy Student Council. Sugisaki on the outside is a total unreliable guy who basically confesses to every girl and doesn't take his position seriously. Even that being said, he takes everyone's feelings in account and becomes worried about them making him more responsible and reliable then everyone gives him credit for. NOTE: This episode is FULL of parodies and Easter eggs! try and see if you can spot them all (*^_^*)
