Honorees Each honoree (individual or group) fits into one of these categories: Equality – Any woman or group of women who has made significant strides toward creating equality (race, diversity, gender, peace, or justice). Empowerment – Any woman or group of women who has played a significant role in empowering others. Transformation – Any woman or group of women who has overcome barriers and transformed her life or the lives of others.

Disc Golf is a popular outdoor activity in Asheville. This video was shot on the 16th hole at Richmond Hill Disc Golf Course, located in North Asheville. The course has 18 holes, most with two pin locations, and is wooded with great scenery and short but challenging holes.
