As soon as I got my HDTV, I hooked it up to my LAN. However, I needed to find a DLNA Server to install on my Windows 8 Machine. I spent several months trying TVersity, Samsung PC Share Manager, but finally settled on Mezzmo. Every file format in my library is supported. I'm very pleased with the setup now.
