London - 9th August 2009 Kim Childs give a presentation on Garifuna Heritage with specific focus on Joseph Chatoyer. The event was an opportunity to learn more about St Vincent and the Grenadines unique and diverse heritage. Kim was born in SVG and is a descendent of the Garifuna. He has done extensive research into the history and culture of the indigenous populations of the Caribbean and Latin America. Apart from SVG he has visited and interviewed indigenous populations in Belize, Ecuador and Honduras.
