The supervising magistrate just suspends him and still delays punishment after he illegally tracked down, with Vince's reluctant help, and finds the corpse of Ludo Walreat, an abuser who recently contacted Dooms. So Nick heads for a final confrontation with Dooms and a surprising third law-breaker.
