The film is a wordless dreamlike experience of an eccentric artsy and unconventional place, where the mundane becomes magical. Filmed with an old fashioned super 8, the camera reflects the nubby, grainy, richly layered textures of the community. Textures and colors are intensified. The film takes on its own form, sensual as well as spiritual. It invites the viewer to float along as the camera does. Reality and fantasy merge crossing through the tunnel into this town. Scenes of a dog in a window, sparkling sheets blowing in the wind, and fences adorned with doll heads become an introduction to a place, its peopleâÃÂÃÂand the magical worlds they have built in their homes.
