The government’s health care fraud prevention and enforcement efforts recovered a record $4.2 billion in taxpayer dollars in Fiscal Year FY 2012- 3.6 Million Job Openings at 3.1 Percent Hire Rate in December The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that on the last business day of December, there were 3.6 million job openings, which was a little changed from November number. The hires rate 3.1 percent and separations rate 3.0 percent also were little changed in December. OSHA Form 300A Deadline Looms: Employers Reminded To Comply with Reporting Requirement OSHA Form 300A which must be posted between Feb. 1 and April 30, 2013, lists a summary of the total number of job-related injuries and illnesses that occurred during 2012. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is reminding employers to post this report before the set deadline.
