The general rule of thumb in the imprinting process of various promotional products is that the finished product will only look as good as the artwork that is provided to us. We make a best effort to improve bad artwork but it is much easier when we are provided with true vector print-ready artwork. Most artwork can be increased or decreased in size from the vector artwork when necessary.
