"It's okay to stare!" When The Oblongs originally aired on the WB, many of the episodes began with an introduction that gave a breakdown ("The Oblongs live here in Hill Valley..). Here's one of those intros. Also shows some footage of the characters dancing around on a WB set.

Definitely a precurser to his role as Ray Charles and his now successful music career... Just a post-script: Roseanne wasn't trying to be rude at the end -- she was married at the time.
