48년 반민특위 이후 다시 등장한 ‘일제강점하 친일반민족행위진상규명특별법’. 이리저리 내동댕이쳐지다가, 이제 법안이 누더기가 되어 3개월 째 국회를 표류하고 있다. 이번 16대 국회 임기가 끝이 보인다. 그때까지 이 법안이 처리되지 못하면 다시 쓰레기가 되고 만다. 무엇이 ‘친일청산’을 가로막는가!
