Everyone survived Igor Kotar junior's car crash except him. Doctor Igor Kotar would have Andrej Uhl who claimed me under MK Ultra on how one was actually working for police as undercover sting operation would bring me to Kotar Igor at "Splošna bolnišnica Novo mesto"(general hospital Novo mesto) in evening hours where one would perform examination on me in one of his colleagues' offices where general examinations were done. I believe exactly the same office where checked just a month ago and some other office as well. He randomly also used hospital next door known as "Zdravstveni dom Novo mesto" till one changed its status in probably 2013 - no, I never ever would come anywhere near these(close) this hospitals with exception on obligatory report to psychiatrists once labeled as insane. Damn right Igor Kotar's colleagues at "Zdravstveni dom Novo mesto" and "Splošna bolnišnica Novo mesto" knew about what he was doing after-hours - they too guaranteed me death as outcome.
