(DFF 1980) Offensichtlich mangelt es Fallschirmsprung-Neuling Willi Zubrodt am gebührenden Ernst für den Lehrgang. Lockere Sprüche und freches Grinsen statt Disziplin und Ordnung und zu später Stunde noch umgeben von einer Horde kichernder, nur mit einem Negligé bekleideter Mädchen: So katapultiert sich Zubrodt auf die sichere Flugbahn für den Rausschmiss. Auch wenn ihm keine wesentlichen Lücken in Theorie und Körperertüchtigung nachzuweisen sind, übergibt die Lehrgangsleitung den Fall schließlich zur Entscheidung an den Bezirksvorstand. Zubrodt, der bei seinem ersten Sprung feige gekniffen hat, gerät weiter in die Klemme, als sich seine Arbeitskollegen ankündigen, um ihren vermeintlichen Helden in Aktion zu erleben. Nach einem nicht ganz freiwilligen Absprung treibt Zubrodt ab und landet im Klärgewässer. Herausgefischt und heimgebracht wird der verunglückte Draufgänger von einer Blondine, vor der er ohne falsche Bescheidenheit wieder zu verbalen Höhenflügen ansetzt. Wie kann er auch ahnen, dass Christine Linde die Vertreterin des Bezirksvorstandes ist, die ihn umgehend beim Wort nimmt?

In "Telefonitis" erleben wir sie als Sekretaerin, die unablaessig mit ihrer Freundin schwatzt, waehrend nebenan das Buero abbrennt. Auch als Fahrschuelerin hat Helga Hahnemann allerhand zu bieten und treibt ihren Fahrlehrer fast in den Wahnsinn.

Summer is a really beautiful time in Ontario. I decided to show my European guests a little bit of Ontario’s country charm, so we planned an overnight getaway for July 30 and 31, 2008. Just after lunch on July 30, 2008 we started driving east of the city to the charming country town of Port Hope, just about 100 km east of Toronto. Port Hope is a pretty little town of about 16,000, located at the mouth of the Ganaraska River that is a favourite destination of salmon fishermen in the fall. I was there probably 7 or 8 years ago and since then Port Hope has been spruced up considerably. Many new restaurants and boutiques have been opened, and Port Hope has become a favourite getaway destination for city-weary Torontonians. From here we continued on to Cobourg, another attractive country town just about 10 minutes east of Port Hope.
