I've hung around a lot of chefs and winemakers in my time, and have a pretty good handle on food and wine pairing. The first installment of the Dragon Kidz Road Trip series. At least once a year the Dragon Kidz will take flight from their hometown, Cincinnati, Ohio, to adventure and complete a goal. This trip is to Mammoth Caves National Park. The goal was to screech in the caves.
