Joel, who was famously married to “Uptown Girl” Christie Brinkley until the early 90s, wanted his third marriage to stick, so he went all out with a to die for ceremony. The wedding was held at Joel's 15 acre oceanside Long Island mansion, where guests were treated to an outdoor, “Italian harvest feast.” Katie Lee looked spectacular in a sleeveless Oscar De La Renta gown made from Chantilly lace that featured a scalloped hemline.
