Vinyasa Flow classes base on the typical poses of Hatha Yoga. These are however linked in a dynamic and flowing sequence. Every transition is coordinated with the breath. The practice is like a meditation in movement. We begin the practice with a gentle warm up for the spine, followed by a strong standing sequence and inversions/back bends; we eventually end with soothing and restorative poses until we reach deep relaxation.

She decided to be a toughie and swim it anyway, even though weak and sick. Note where she comes out after her turn. 3. After her swim video you will see a screen showing that she moved from her seed of 137th to 106th. Pretty good for being so weakened. 4. After that screen... video goes black and you may be are asking, "BTW.. Who won?"... so I show you Dana Volmer's race to answer that question. (PS... After starting in eighth position, Team Falken Tire finished 6th in the GT class today in the Tequila Patron American Le Mans Series at Long Beach, a home track for the Fontana based team. The team entered the weekend hoping for a second straight street course win on the 1.968 mile track, with the previous win being on the streets of Baltimore last season. With their unbeatable rain tire set up, the team conquered the charts in the rain-filled practice session and qualifying session on Friday. However, the weather conditions resulted in the qualifying session results to be abandoned, forcing the team to give up the pole position and start the race based on their position in the championship point standings.
